The white ship is called the Pilgram USA, it was built 1945 in Denmark. Her home port is Dana Point, Ca. She also is called a Snow brig. Her sail area is 7,600 sq ft.

The yellow trim one in the back is named Spirit of Dana Point. it was built 1983 in Costa Mesa. Her home port is Dana Point, Ca. This make of ship is called a Schooner. Her sail area is 5,000 sq.ft.

This is a series of 4 different images I took at the festival. The Maritime Museum that is at Harbor Side asked my group of photogs to capture the moment. Not only the ships but, people interacting, the feeling of the festival. My photog group did just what they said to do. There were 15 of use, and we posted over 200 images on our group web site for the head people of the museum to take a look at and pick which ones they wanted to use in certain publications. Hence, they chose these 4 images.

This is Lina... Well the ship is named Lina F. This is a polinisian girl that is on the front of a small remote control ship made by hand. It has full sales, and has enough room inside of it to fit a small child. It was a pretty cool thing to see. It was displayed on the dock.
